What if Catelyn Stark had not run into Tyrion and taken him into her custody?

What events would transpire from there? What twists would there be to the whole story as we know it?

The war would have started later,when Ned contested the birth of Cerseis children. But events would have been different. Robb and Talisa may have never met. Theon might not have betrayed Robb.... The possibilities are endless. For every action there is a reaction.

Hot Pie is poisoning the Seven Kingdoms with his cakes to take the Iron Throne. It is known.

But if Catelyn didn't capture Tyrion, would he return to King's landing? And where would Bronn be in the story?

Bronn would probably have been enlisted in the Lannister army as a sellsword and met Tyrion later but if Tyrion was in Kings Landing, he may just have been able to bring Joffrey and Cersei to heel for a while at least but the war still would have started. It just might have had a different ending.
